Ingredients: 90% mayonnaise [78% canola oil, spirit vinegar, YOLK, glucose-fructose syrup, water, salt, mustard (water, MUSTARD SEEDS, spirit vinegar, spices), acidifier: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, thickeners: guar gum & xanthan gum, flavouring, antioxidant: EDTA, colourant: beta-carotene], truffle sauce [62% mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), olive oil, olives, 8% black truffle (Tuber aestivum), 2% white truffle (Tuber magnatum), salt, flavouring, pepper], 1% white truffle oil (Tuber aestivum vitt.), sea salt, pepper blend.
After opening, store in a cool place at +3°C to max. 7°C.
