The varieties available are Yuzu Cashew, Arabica Coffee, Special Pepper, Wild Juniper and Malt Mustard.

Yuzu Cashew has a citrus-fresh taste with a nutty note. Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit, and when combined with Madras Curry and brown sugar, it is a clear all-rounder with a perfect balance between sweet and salty, and goes well with almost all types of meat, fish and vegetables.

Arabica Coffee has a mild roasted aroma due to 35 percent coarsely ground coffee beans. Maple sugar, cayenne pepper and yuzu peel round off the slightly tart flavour. This “The scRUB” is suitable for strong and dark meat such as game, lamb and bison.

A must-have for all steak fans is Special Pepper: different types of pepper from India, China, Thailand, Malaysia and South America combine in this spice scrub to create a real taste explosion. Lavender and fennel seeds bring further exciting components into play.

For autumn and winter grillers, Wild Juniper is the perfect addition. 22 per cent juniper berries combine with Mediterranean herbs such as oregano, thyme and basil and roasted pumpkin seeds and cumin to create an incomparable spice blend.

If you like it spicy, you will love Malt Mustard! The spice mixture with roasted malt and mustard seeds gives a special aroma. The taste is rounded off by the addition of hard cheese and selected herbs.
