The premium sauce range, “The Style”, now offers tasty answers to this question: Chef and caterer, Ernst Petry, offers a total of ten barbecue-, dip-, and seasoning sauces, under the brand, “The Style”. They are carefully handcrafted in small numbers in his Serioustaste Manufaktur in the Rhineland. „The Style“ instantly refines meat, fish, vegetables and even finger food.

Chef and caterer Ernst Petry looks back at 20 years of expertise: as a trained butcher and chef, he has worked in various star-rated restaurants in Germany and Europe as well as in the international 5-star hotel industry and has absorbed different influences – also from Asia.

Ernst Petry’s emotional connection to Düsseldorf is reflected in “The Altbier Style” sauce: This sauce owes its special flavour to roasted malt and the combination with “Original Schlüssel” Altbier, top-fermented beer, which is brewed in Düsseldorf according to an old tradition. “The Altbier Style” goes perfectly with roast pork and smoked beef.
Ingredients: tomato ketchup [tomatoes, spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, spice extract, herb extract*, spices], cane sugar, water, 8% “Original Schlüssel Altbier” 5% vol. (water, BARLEY MALT, hops, fermentation carbonic acid), acacia honey, Worcestershire sauce**, BARLEY MALT, garlic, black pepper, red chilli sauce, bay leaves. *Contains CELERY, ** contains BARLEY and CELERY.
