ERNST PETRY
After 20 years in the international five-star hotel industry and employments in star gastronomy, chef Ernst Petry set up his own catering company Serioustaste in 2012.
Together with his team of chefs and service staff, Serioustaste has established itself as a caterer for exclusive celebrations and events, especially in the greater Düsseldorf area. The focus is on seasonal, regional and fair-trade products, and no flavour enhancers or additives are used.
THE MANUFAKTUR
In addition to catering, the Serioustaste Manufaktur has been producing high-quality sauces, creams and spice blends for a wide variety of consumption occasions and dishes since 2021. These are carefully handcrafted.
Serioustaste Manufaktur relies on high-quality raw materials for all its products. Flavour enhancers and binders as well as additives are dispensed with. The result is high-end premium sauces, dressings and high-quality spice blends with a distinctive character and a light flavour that accompanies the dish but does not overpower it.
