8 pcs. Thai sausage<\/p>\n

300 ml The Curry Mats Style seasoning sauce<\/p>\n

1 pc. fresh Mango, cut into cubes<\/p>\n

1 can cherry apples<\/p>\n

1 can \u201cJaipur\u201d curry, spicy-hot<\/p>\n

1 bowl Microgreens cress for decoration<\/p>\n

Preparation:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the outer skin of the Thai sausage into lozenges moderately from both sides.<\/p>\n

Roll the sausage in flour, pat down & brown in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes.<\/p>\n

Heat Mats Style Curry Sauce in a saucepan.<\/p>\n

Peel the mango, separate the flesh from the pit & cut into even cubes.<\/p>\n

Open the can of cherry apples, drain 8 baby apples on paper towels, then arrange all the ingredients as shown in the picture.<\/p>\n

Decorate with cress and, for example, an apple chip.<\/p>\n
