Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

8 small Breton artichokes (without choke)<\/p>\n

200 g pancetta, diced<\/p>\n

2 cloves of garlic, diced<\/p>\n

4 shallots, diced<\/p>\n

40 ml extra virgin olive oil<\/p>\n

1 organic lemon, juice and zest<\/p>\n

30 g flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped<\/p>\n

20 g thyme<\/p>\n

375 ml white whine<\/p>\n

2000 ml vegetable stock<\/p>\n

400 ml The Ceasar Stylecoarse ground saltblack ground peppercorns<\/p>\n

Preparation:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Remove the outer leaves from the small artichokes, then cut them in half lengthways and remove any existing leaves.<\/p>\n

Saut\u00e9 the pancetta, garlic and shallot cubes in olive oil, deglaze with white wine, then add the lemon, thyme and parsley.<\/p>\n

Briefly bring to the boil and add the stock.<\/p>\n

Now add the prepared artichokes and cook. for approx 10 minutes. Dab the al dente artichoke halves dry and grill on a preheated grill for approx. 5 minutes on both sides.<\/p>\n

Serve the artichokes immediately warm, with “The Caesar Style”.<\/p>\n
