The HOUSEDRESSING TOKIO − PonzuMirin
Description
The HOUSEDRESSING of the Tokyo metropolis is called PonzuMirin and embodies the metropolitan life of Japan quite excellently through its different taste components. The spicy Japanese ponzu sauce in combination with the sweetness of the traditional rice wine mirin goes wonderfully with classic Japanese dishes such as tataki or sashimi and is already a real insider tip among dressings.
